Al Lucas is the founder and
managing broker of Allsales Mortgage Corporation and
serves as its president and principal
representative. He entered the mortgage business
upon graduating from the University Of South Florida
in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Al has
funded over one billion dollars in residential,
commercial, and government loans in numerous states.
Al holds an active Real Estate
Broker's license, a Florida Mortgage Broker license,
a Florida Correspondent Lender license, a current
State of Florida 220 Property & Casualty license,
and a current State of Florida 214 Life license. He
is an active member of Technical Advisory Service
For Attorneys, TASA, and appears in court all over
the country as an expert witness in credit analysis
and underwriting guidelines and interpretation.
Al is a current active member of
the Florida Association Of Mortgage Brokers, as well
as, the National Association Of Mortgage Brokers. On
a more personal note, he, taught the Florida State
Mortgage Broker course for licensing purposes at
Hillsborough Community College for two semesters and
was on the radio with a live, call in two hour talk
show every Sunday for three years on WFLA, Tampa
Bay's biggest talk radio station. While on the air
Al represented the voice of the West Coast Chapter
of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. Al
opened Allsales Mortgage Corporation in July of 1981
and still serves as the company president. He enjoys
an excellent credit rating, has never filed for
bankruptcy, has never had a foreclosure or deed in
lieu of and has run a profitable mortgage business
for many years. Al has been in the mortgage industry
in Tampa continuously, for twenty-nine years.

Jimmy-Sales & Processing Support
Jimmy started in the mortgage industry as support staff for
Sales. He has been working in the mortgage industry for over six
years. He joined the Allsales team in April of 2003 and has been
handling a lot of our lender relationships. He has an extensive
knowledge of the subprime market and is an asset to our team.
Vik -
Marketing and Audit
Vik was born in the
U.K. and grew up in upstate NY and Florida. He has a BBA in
Business Management and an MBA, and has extensive sales and
marketing experience. He joined the AllSales Mortgage team
in November 2006. He enjoys swimming, reading about history,
travel, and being involved in community affairs.
