employment verification, with 25% down;
Loans as little as $100,000 which is unheard
of in the commercial market place;
Commercial loan products that need only 10%
down with good credit and offer 30 year
mortgages. Commercial products that use
residential style approach to underwriting
which can incorporate the strength of the
borrower to supplement the property’s value
in order to meet necessary ratios.
Why do we do this? Because we know not every
small business owner wants to lease,
building equity for someone else (and at
their mercy), and not every small business
owner needs to buy a $10 million dollar
building for his business. Not every small
business has perfect credit (we can go as
low as 580 FICO.) Allsales Mortgage is also

because we were all small business owners

We allow financing for just about every
kind of property, including churches. We
offer up to 90% financing, including
refinances and cash out transactions for
existing owners, as well as one of the only
true “no doc” loans.

can produce the necessary documents within
10 days. Due to our in depth preliminary
review, the property value and the
transaction as a whole,
is rated. Thus, evaluating the worthiness
of the property up front. If the property is
not valued properly by the seller, you will
know and be able to move on to another
purchase, without spending the money on an
expensive appraisal. This proves we are
